Multi-Tenant Isolation
Every organisation runs in a fully isolated data partition. Postgres row-level security means workspace A can never read workspace B's data — enforced at the database layer, not the application layer.

SSO & OIDC
Connect Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Auth0, or any OIDC-compliant provider. Users provisioned on first login. Admins can enforce SSO-only access and disable password auth.

Encryption Everywhere
TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Secrets managed via environment variables — never stored in the database. Connector OAuth tokens are encrypted per-workspace.

Full Audit-Event Capture
Every user action, tool call, connector access, and admin change is logged with timestamp, user ID, workspace ID, and outcome. Stored in a queryable AuditEvent table — exportable from the admin UI.

Tool & Action Guardrails
Every connector action is classified read vs. write. Mutating actions require explicit allowlisting per skill, and the platform flags write-capable tools so admins review before granting access.

Scoped Permissions
Role-based access control at workspace, connector, and skill level. Admins can grant read-only connector access, limit which models users can invoke, and set per-user context windows.
